Sunshine Coast Council’s Hackfest is a yearly open data hackathon. Over a weekend individuals and teams compete by creating a “hack” that utilises Sunshine Coast Council’s open data. There’s no specifics on what teams can enter but due to the nature of the event most entries are web applications, mobile applications, or visualisations.
