In May 2022 I moved to Sunshine Coast, returning to Australia after 25+ years in Seattle working in technology startups. I am a seasoned entrepreneurial business leader, strategist, and collaborator. My expertise includes deciphering market needs to deliver investment-worthy products, services and solutions. I have extensive experience in early-stage companies, B2B consulting, go-to- market engagement, sales enablement and new product development. I am highly proficient at driving business growth - from inception and startup through to scale-up and strategic exit (acquisition or IPO).

I like to partner with growth-mindset entrepreneurs and founders, where I can apply my 20+ years of executive product management experience to help define, create, and launch profitable products/solutions together. My experience includes attracting and securing funding from private investors, corporate venture and strategic partners for accelerated growth of high-growth startups. I have been fortunate to participate in more than a dozen new ventures - successfully exiting to companies such as Intel, Sony Entertainment and Demand Media, as well as an IPO for DocuSign.

My current engagement (since 2020) is as Chief Operating Officer for New York based, NLX - a pre-series A, 25 person, Conversational AI platform, partnered with AWS and setting the stage for a new class of customer self-service automation, especially for global brands in travel and hospitality.
